Serves 4
Prepare:
Preheat Oven: 375° F.
2 tsp. olive oil
4 4-oz salmon filets, skin removed
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
¼ cup dry white wine
1. Place oil in baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle wine around salmon.
2. Bake salmon for 13 to 18 minutes or until opaque in the center. Serve immediately with the sauce and pilaf.
