Goat Cheese hors d'oeuvres

Makes about 20

1 baguette cut in ½ inch slices or as many Croustades as desired

8 oz/250g fresh goat cheese

Chopped fresh rosemary

1 cup chopped walnuts

Honey

1.       Toast bread slices in the oven until light brown

2.       Spread thickly with goat cheese.

3.       Sprinkle with rosemary and walnuts

4.       Drizzle with honey

5.       Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
