1 can (10 1/2 oz.) bean dip
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 carton (8 oz.) avocado dip
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) chopped ripe olives
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium-size tomato, chopped
Tortilla chips or sliced carrot or zucchini
1. On a plate, spread bean dip in a 7-inch circle.
2. Top with chilies, avocado dip, then olives, spreading each in an even layer.
3. Sprinkle on the egg, then the cheese.
4. Invert a large bowl over all and chill until ready to serve. Top with tomato before serving.
5. Set out the chips or vegetable slices.
