Chicken Korma

Serves 4

4 to 8 pieces boneless. skinless chicken breasts or thighs

2 tbs olive oil

salt and pepper

 

1 recipe Korma Sauce

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add chicken when hot. Cook over low heat about 20 minutes on a side or until a meat thermometer reads at least 160°F/83°C. Spoon on heated Korma Sauce.

Serve With Basmati rice and a vegetable or salad.
