Sweet and Sour Slaw

Serves 4

Try this with Mustard-Glazed Bratwurst

2 tbsp. olive oil

3 tbsp. honey

¼  cup cider vinegar

¼ tsp. celery seed

½ head green cabbage, shredded

½ red onion, finely chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Whisk honey, vinegar, olive oil and celery seed in a large bowl.
  2. Add cabbage and onion and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve.
