Artichoke and Prosciutto Pizza

1 10-inch Pizza Base

2 to 4 tbsp. Tomato Sauce

2 tbsp. Basil Pesto

2-3 slices prosciutto

2 or 3 artichoke hearts, sliced

½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

  1. Spread tomato sauce evenly on the base.
  2. Spread the pesto evenly on top of the sauce.
  3. Lay the prosciutto on the sauces and distribute the artichoke slices on top.
  4. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the top of everything else.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
  6. Slice and serve.
